Rosalie Evelyn (Trayah) Barnier Gillooly, 81, passed away on February 12, 2022. She was the wife of the late Henry S. Gillooly. Born in Burlington, VT she was a daughter of the late Delbert Lee and Shirley (Mashtere) Trayah.
Rosalie was a jewelry worker for Swanks and Balfour and retired from the Darlington YMCA. She loved her Catholic religion, knitting/crocheting, crafts of all kinds, reading, dancing, bike riding, and loved being a part of family events with all her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by children, Albert G. Barnier, Rosalie Barnier, Virginia Peloquin, Richard Barnier, Shaun Gillooly; grandchildren, Derek Barnier, Mitchell Barnier, Tori Lynn (Barnier) Morris, Jacob Barnier, Joey Barnier, John Fahey, Morgin Peloquin, Teah-Lee Peloquin, Jonathan Zagroski, Shaun Gillooly Jr.; great-grandchildren, Connor Cupertino, Suraya Barnier, Donovan Barnier, Greysen Barnier, Axel Barnier, Liam Morris, Luke Morris, Jacob Barnier Jr., Benjamin Barnier, Alexis Barnier, Tishana Barnier, Payton Barnier, Jack Barnier, Kamiryn Barnier, John Fahey Jr., Stephanie Bascom, Jessica Fahey, Hayden Brunelle; siblings, Leola Zalesak, Ronald Trayah, Frances Poquette, Donna Brouillard, Paulette Dennis, Anthony Charlebois, Brenda Martin, Rhonda Little, Norma Cromack, Bruce Trayah. She was the sister of the late Delberta Brace, Alice Trayah, Richard Trayah.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation on Thursday, February 17th from 5:00 – 8:00pm at Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln. Burial is private. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to either: emphysemafoundation.org or dementiasociety.org.
